It was fantastic. We sat at the counter and observed the amazing skills if Chef Toru Okuda.
The plates and bowls are amazing. So amazing that the restaurant is named after Nishioka Kojyu, a renowned Japanese potter.

It’s fantastic we were shown the private rooms and the kitchen. It’s amazing how many people are in that kitchen too make the three front of house chefs look good!
