Well this billboard is about as close as I am going to get to SRK. At least they had these billboards all over India. It is quite strange that in India, a large number of their Bollywood stars promote products from Pepsi, toothpaste, biscuits, chips and watches.

While I have very little interest in Hollywood movies and their stars, I prefer Bollywood. Thankfully while in India I was able to purchase a number of DVD’s and CD’s, to satisfy me for at least a few weeks.

I must also admit that I did enjoy the TV in India. While I understand no hindi, it was great watching parts of Indian soapies, Koffee with Karan, and music videos from the films. If only I could subscribe to a few channels in Australia I would get pay TV. I’ll just have to be happy with regular visits to the DVD/CD shop in Market street, and the latest release films at the cinema.
